SOCIAL VALUE
Linea Properties has established a comprehensive Social Value Framework as part of their planning process. This framework captures the project’s core philosophy of “Local Roots. Global Impact” and articulates how the development will leverage Hackney’s cultural diversity and economic dynamism to strengthen connections between the site and communities to the north.
The framework outlines nine specific commitments that, where possible, will be formalised through planning obligations with the local authority—ensuring accountability and measurable community benefits throughout the project lifecycle.
